TuniCyberLabs is a technology and cybersecurity company based in Sousse and Estonia. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@tunicyberlabs.com.
We collect the information you choose to give us when you submit a form on this site, typically your name, email, and any details you include in your message. Where you provide them, we also store your phone number and company.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, service interest and inquiry outcomes. Analytics can use cookies. Optional analytics starts only after you allow it, and you can change your choice through Analytics preferences. We do not send form messages, chat text, names, email addresses or phone numbers in our analytics events, and advertising storage and personalization remain disabled.
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, manage engagements, and improve this site. Contact inquiries are delivered to our team through Postmark, with a confirmation email to you. The project assistant prepares a brief in your browser; you review and submit it through the contact form before it is sent to our team.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use double opt-in: you confirm your subscription by email before we send anything. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
We keep lead and contact data only as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal and business obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@tunicyberlabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
